Pest Control Technician(s)
Complete Pest Solutions is seeking hardworking, dedicated people for its full-time service technician positions in the DC& MD areas. Our technicians provide friendly, cordial service to
clients in order to build strong relationships with them as they work to solve existing pest problems and recommend actions to prevent future pest control problems.
The successful candidate will be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the US, and have the following: a high school diploma or equivalent; ability to 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends; a valid driver's license and good driving record; the ability to read, speak, and comprehend English; good oral and written communication skills; the ability to plan and prioritize work; ability to enter/exit structures and crawl spaces; the ability to climb over and on top of structures; the ability to ascend and descend stairs; the ability to use required personal protective equipment; the ability to visually inspect for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.; the ability to use application equipment, inspection equipment, small hand tools and small power tools; the ability to tolerate variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations; and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Other requirements include the ability to be flexible (in terms of hours) within a M-F timeframe between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Some weekend work may (occasionally) be required. No pest control experience required. Prior retail experience will be considered a plus.

Canvass Team Leader
This position is responsible for leading and supervising the canvas team by engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door to door canvassing. While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser Team Leader to gather accurate data from the canvass team regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Always be positive and enthusiastic about company services.
Keep up to date on product and service changes.
Keep up to date on all existing and new company policies.
Maintain neat, and well organized canvassing binders.
Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform at all times
Always follow all company policies.
Attend company meetings as required
Provide feedback of canvassing results to the Team Leader.
Advise Team Leader of anything that employee becomes aware of that could be important to improving the profitability, competitiveness or safety policies of the company.
You should have . . .
v 1 year or less outside sales experience (preferred)
v Experience in a business to business setting (hospitality, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, food service)
v Strong communication and interpersonal skills
v Strong Leadership Skills
v Excellent organizational skills
v The ability to "self start" and work independently
v The ability to pass a background check including a drug screen
